Delays in ratifying the UN Disability Convention risk damaging the UK's reputation as a leader on disability rights

The Commission is today writing to the Secretaries of State for four government departments, asking them to explain and justify the large number of reservations they are requesting from the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
